UNCF Early Talent Opportunity Days
The UNCF Early Talent Opportunity Days (ETOD) is an in-person, internship and career fair and professional development event in which the UNCF SPDP Team and select sponsors and partners will host a full day of student-focused professional development workshops and a career and internship fair.

What are the attire requirements while attending the career & internship fair?
When dressing as a business professional, you can wear tidy dresses, slacks, skirts, slacks, dark-colored suits and ties. Business professional tops include neat button-down shirts or blouses with a blazer. Business professional shoes include closed toed heels, loafers or flats. You can accessorize with minimal jewelry and belts.
Note: If you do not have access to business professional attire, please consider an elevated version of a business casual outfit. For example, adding a blazer to your trousers and button-down or adding a blazer to your knee length dress.
